Bake’N Bacon is a one-of-a-kind business with the goal to transform bacon into more than a breakfast food. The company was established in 2019 by Chef Justin Coleman and his business partner Kelvin Alexander with one food truck. They cleverly created a menu that combined a variety of proteins, veggies, jams, sauces, and bold flavors into gourmet sandwich ... es, sweets, and creative sides. After years of success with our food trucks, they wanted to give back to our community and provide a fresh culinary experience. That’s why they opened their first brick-and-mortar location in the heart of South Philadelphia—the city’s first and only bacon-inspired restaurant.
