A Message from the PHLCVB in Support of the AAPI Community

A street in Chinatown with signs for Chinese businesses and a large decorative archway.

The recent crimes and acts of violence committed against members of the Asian American community are tragic and absolutely unacceptable.

As one of the organizations representing Philadelphia globally, we stand in solidarity with our Asian American and Pacific Islander partner organizations, visitors and residents. Together with our staff, board, customers, and partners, we strongly denounce racism, discrimination and senseless acts of hate, violence, and disrespect.

The PHLCVB is committed to ensuring that equity and inclusion are pillars of our destination, and together with our PHL Diversity division, we advocate for a safe and equitable community for our AAPI friends and partners.
