one of our experienced sales staff becomes your point of contact to
answer any questions, assess your needs and work with you every
step of the way to ensure your event is a success. You won’t be
shuffled around from person to person because we believe in

Once AVPS is awarded a contract one of our dedicated technicians is
assigned to be the “Lead” for the event becoming an integral part
of the team making your event a success. Once your lead technician
arrives on-site, he is there for you to go over any last minute
details, handle any changes that need to be made and to work with
your presenters making sure every need is met.
